We use Hairpearl tint for lashes and brows. This veggie-based tint is gentle and long-lasting.

Though everyone is different, everyones hair grows at different rates meaning retention will be different, we recommend booking fills for every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full, indefinitely.

Lash lift and tints last between 4-6 weeks, with 4 weeks being the soonest that you are able to book your next one for.

Brow lamination lasts between 4-6 weeks, with 4 weeks being the soonest that you are able to book your next one for.

Brow henna lasts 1-2 weeks on the skin and up to 7 weeks on the hair.

Exfoliate the area a couple days prior to waxing in order to get rid of any dead skin, therefore resulting in better results. Make sure the hair is long enough (¼ of an inch or a grain of rice) for the appointment as it must be long enough to be successfully waxed. Avoid products containing retinol for at least 3 days prior to your appointment. Take ibuprofen 30 minutes before your appointment to reduce pain, redness and swelling. Use sunscreen to protect the skin. Book return visits every 3-4 weeks depending on hair growth to increase long-term results and lessen overall pain during appointments. Use targeted products containing active ingredients like salicylic acid and exfoliate after your appointment to avoid ingrown hairs. Keep the skin moisturized and hydrated to replenish the skin's moisture barrier.

We have lots of different ways that you can save! The lash glue we use is The Lash Shop Ultra Lift Adhesive Glue. This lash glue is latex-free, infused with biotin and sodium hyaluronate, crafted to nourish, strengthen and fortify your lashes. It has a strong hold, making it suitable for all types of lashes.

The amount of time that your service will take will vary based on what you have booked! Full lash sets take anywhere from 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours. Half sets take anywhere from 1.15 hours to 1.45 hours. Fills can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes depending on how long you need! Lash lift and tints as well as almost all of our brow services, take 45 minutes to an hour! If you are doing a brow lamination and henna, this could take up to 1.5 hours. Facial services can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on what you have booked as well as if you are doing any add ons! Permanent makeup usually takes up to 3 hours, however touch ups are usually closer to 1.5 - 2 hours! Removal is about an hour. Waxing is generally fairly quick, however it could take longer if you are booking multiple services together!

We us a Health Canada and FDA approved, medical-grade eyelash extension adhesive from Lost Artistry Lash in Victoria, BC.

Please come in with clean, makeup-free eyes and brows so we can get started right away. Try to avoid mascara, oily products, and heavy eye creams on the day of your appointment. If you're booking a lash lift, tint, or brow service, arriving with a fresh face helps us give you the best results possible!

A full set is your initial lash appointment, where we create your starting look from scratch. A fill is for maintenance and is booked after some of your natural lash shed has happened, so we can replace lost extensions and keep your set looking fresh. If you're not sure what to book, a fill is usually best every 2–3 weeks, but we’re happy to help you choose!
