Unopened/Unused products may be returned to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.

Products that have been opened/used are FINAL SALE.

If an item is backordered, we will reach out.

If you have received a sample of your product, we ask that you use this before opening/using the actual product, that way we can accept a return if necessary. Please keep in mind if there is not a sample option, the product will be FINAL SALE once opened/used.*

Orders over $200 (pre tax) qualify for FREE shipping.

All orders under $200 (pre tax) will be subject to a shipping fee of $12.

All items are shipped by ChitChats in Surrey, BC. *We do not ship outside of Canada.*

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, so always order with extra time, especially during busier seasons.

If an item is out of stock, we will need to wait for a new order to come in before we can ship the product out, meaning it will likely take longer than expected. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once they have been paid.

Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer whether or not the original shipping fee was applicable.
